How does it work?
Once your employees install the Time Doctor desktop application on their computers, they will have access to each of their assigned Freshdesk tickets. They simply have to click on a task in the Time Doctor app to start tracking time for that particular ticket. Start a Free Trial
The time tracked is sent to the Time Doctor servers where it will appear in reports. Time Doctor has desktop apps available for Windows, Mac, and Linux. ![]() What are your employees doing at work?
In addition to the time worked on Freshdesk, Time Doctor can track other types of data. For example, Time Doctor can show you the websites and applications that each employee uses while working.

Time Doctor can also take screenshots of your employees’ computers while they are working on their Freshdesk tickets. This feature is optional but can be helpful when you are managing remote employees and are unable to walk by their desks to see what they are working on.

A client application for MAC and Windows is a must for me and many other users.
Especially for people who have to work during flight.

I see that it was about 2 years ago that the Product Team was going to look into incorporating a Desktop Client feature into your future updates. Can you tell me when it looks like the future will arrive? This is a 'must-have' feature. I would think it should have been 'incorporated' by now. PLEASE.

I think indeed that this is a must-have feature.. I'm doubting to continue to use ntask manager if there won't be a desktop / macOS app in the near future...
